
A report by the European Commission has found that one in three young people (33%), aged 16-24 prefer not to pay for downloadable music and video content. The report also found that 10% of the same age bracket had paid for online content. (Pages 57-58 of PDF)
It was also revealed that the younger the age group the more willing those young people were to pay for offers and better service, reported The Guardian.
